(referred to as "Lingniu Hydrogen") is an emerging ESG clean energy technology service provider, familiar with various transportation application scenarios. It innovatively implements a unique GAAS (Green As A Solution) model, accurately and effectively bringing Chinese hydrogen energy technology to fruition, achieving a super link in the future clean energy industry chain, assisting cities in completing the transformation to green transportation, and providing a one-stop green transportation ESG solution for modern supply chains. Main business: construction and operation of hydrogen refueling stations and gas business; sales/leasing/after-sales services of hydrogen vehicles and hydrogen alcohol ships; provide transportation carbon reduction solutions (including carbon asset management and trading services).
Lingniu Hydrogen is incubated with the lead investment from the industrial fund under the Beijing Tsinghua Industrial Research Institute and has completed three rounds of financing, exceeding 100 million yuan. As one of the participating entities of the demonstration and application project of fuel cell vehicles in urban agglomerations led by the National Development and Reform Commission, Lingniu Hydrogen has established its presence in multiple locations such as Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong and Xinjiang.As of December 31, 2024, Lingniu Hydrogen has invested in and operated over 1,000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in China, accumulating over 28 million kilometers of travel and achieving a carbon reduction of more than 20,000 tons. The scenarios covered include hydrogen energy cold chain city distribution, express delivery, port short-distance transportation, maritime shipping, and warehouse handling, with investments and collaborations exceeding 50 hydrogen refueling stations.
By 2030, Lingniu Hydrogen will promote 5,000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and 100 hydrogen fuel cell ships globally, establish 100 hydrogen refueling stations, and layout international markets, contributing to global sustainable development with the strength of Lingniu.
