At the signing ceremony, Nanchong City and several well-known hydrogen energy enterprises, including Lingniu Hydrogen Energy, reached 14 hydrogen energy industry cooperation projects with a total investment of 9.68 billion yuan. Among them, Lingniu Hydrogen Energy has reached a strategic cooperation with Nanchong City in Sichuan Province on the promotion and application project of hydrogen vehicles, injecting strong momentum into the hydrogen energy industry in Nanchong and demonstrating the huge attraction and development potential of Nanchong in the field of hydrogen energy.

To accelerate the layout and development of the hydrogen energy industry, Nanchong has released the "Nanchong Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Medium - and Long Term Plan (2024-2035)". The Plan specifies the overall goal of becoming an important city for the hydrogen energy industry in the province, and proposes the construction of a spatial layout structure for the hydrogen energy industry with "one park, three districts, and multiple points". In terms of industrial system construction, the Plan focuses on four core tasks and is committed to building a full chain industrial system of "production storage operation utilization".
