Recently, Zhejiang Economic and Information Department announced the "2024 Future Industry (Artificial Intelligence) pilot area financial special Incentive List", Jiaxing Port District hydrogen energy future industry pilot area was successfully selected, becoming the city's only selected industry, provincial financial special incentive, providing strong momentum for the development of new quality productivity in the port area. It is reported that the incentive funds will be given graded incentives in accordance with the "task package + project package + fund package" and allocated in two years.
Port area into the "hydrogen" era
In Jiaxing port area, heavy trucks first step into the "hydrogen" era.

At this point, hydrogen energy is gradually rolled out in Jiaxing port area, and the "Eastern hydrogen port" has risen rapidly. Data show that at present, Jiaxing Port area has landed 10 hydrogen buses, 116 49 tons of hydrogen heavy trucks, 30 18 tons of hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicles, 5 12 meters of hydrogen fuel cell buses; Through commercial investment and industrial chain investment, 12 new hydrogen energy projects were introduced, with a total investment of about 6.7 billion yuan.
Recently, at the signing ceremony of Jiaxing Port Area's 2024 first quarter project, Lingniu New Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. chose to continue to "increase" the development of hydrogen energy in the port area, and invested 370 million yuan to build the Yangtze Delta Lingniu Green hydrogen energy Operation Center project. The project will build a digital operation center for hydrogen energy equipment, purchase and rent hydrogen vehicles, and conduct hydrogen vehicle operation business.
"Takin will take Jiaxing Port area as a starting point to promote 1,000 hydrogen trucks and 1,000 hydrogen forklift trucks nationwide in 2025, while developing hydrogen shipping, promoting 20 hydrogen vessels, creating the world's first hydrogen green public water transport project, radiating hydrogen green transportation from Jiaxing Port area to the entire Yangtze River Delta, and replicating the Jiaxing model to the world." At the same time, in-depth exploration of industrial advantages, the use of rich industrial by-product hydrogen resources and unique location advantages, actively layout the hydrogen energy industry, adhere to the first demonstration operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and drive the development of hydrogen energy manufacturing industry. Up to now, the city has gathered 37 hydrogen energy enterprises, involving hydrogen production, purification, storage and transportation, fuel cell key components, hydrogenation station construction, vehicle, etc., basically forming a relatively complete hydrogen energy industry development ecology and a certain industrial scale. The city has purchased a total of 416 demonstration vehicles, built 9 hydrogen refueling stations, and the overall level of industrial development and demonstration application is in the first place in the province and in the forefront of the country.
